Legal Framework & Certification
Our mandate operates within Ghana's legal framework for trade unions, ensuring compliance and proper authorization for all our activities.
Registration Status
Registered as a Limited Liability Entity (limited by Guarantee) at Registrar General's Department in 2011.
Certification
Certified as a Trade Union by the Chief Labour Officer in 2011 under Ghana's labour laws.
Governing Laws
Operates under the Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651) and other relevant labour legislation in Ghana.
