Mr. Christian Dotse Ago Vanderpuije
Since 2011

A founding member of Ghana Federation of Labour with decades of experience in trade union leadership. His journey began in 1988 as Local Union Secretary, sparking his passion for industrial relations. He joined the Textile, Garment and Leather Employees' Union (TEGLEU) in 1998, rising to Principal Industrial Officer before co-founding UNEAGES in 2011, where he became the first National Chairman.

Co-founder and first General Secretary of UNEAGES. Former General Secretary of PRISTEG who led the transformation to UNEAGES for broader membership. Veteran trade unionist with extensive international training from institutions like ILO Turin, Histadrut Israel, and CNV Netherlands. Played key roles in forming both TGLEU and Ghana Federation of Labour, serving as GFL Deputy Secretary General and Project Coordinator.
